|Details:|| It's hard to believe that Thanksgiving is just a week away! It feels like the busy-ness of September has all just begun, and now it's pretty much over!
This year on Thanksgiving Day, a bunch of us are getting together to enjoy an fun-filled day of hiking, eating, and bowling! We will again be meeting together at Rattlesnake Point (gathering at the entrance to the Buffalo Craig Trail. Link: http://www.conservationhalton.on.ca/uploads/New_Ratt_Trail_Guide.pdf). The hike will begin at 2:00 PM.
After the hike, you are free to go for dinner at the place of your choosing. There are plenty of restaurants in nearby Burlington. You may want to look up some restaurants before you go. There are a few on Fairview between Guelph Line and Appleby Road, I think.
After dinner, we will be meeting at "Burlington Bowl" for an evening of fun at the lanes! We will plan to meet at 7:30.
There is a minimal charge for parking at Rattlesnake Point (I think?), you will probably need money for dinner (unless you find someone to pay for you!), and bowling will be $8 / person / hour. We are not booking ahead of time, so just show up. First come, first serve.
